This beauty is an Amarr Hillcrest 3000 with recessed panels, Thames double insulated windows in wicker tan with Canterbury decorative handles. Slide gate repair we recently completed in West Des Moines. The gate would not open and close correctly, so we did a tune up on the motor and replaced the chain that pulls the gate open and closed. We also installed a post for the Knoxbox, which is extremely important to have so first responders can gain access to the apartment complex during emergencies. Now the gate not only works properly but the residents of the complex have the peace of mind knowing they can be reached in the event of an emergency.
