If you have a single story or a home that does not have a bedroom above the garage, a LiftMaster Chain Drive motor is a great option for you. This model is quiet and comes with a wall mounted push button, safety beams, 2 remote controls and is equipped with MyQ technology. There is no wait time for this model and installation is done in one visit.

Homes with bedrooms above the garage would be best suited with a quieter model and the LiftMaster Belt Drive would be a good option. This model is very quiet and comes with a wall mounted push button, safety beams, 2 remote controls and is also equipped with MyQ Technolgy. Same as the chain drive, we have these motors in stock and same day installation is available!

Our most quiet model is the LiftMaster Jackshaft Motor. This unit is ideal for garages with a high lift garage door, low head room or a homeowner looking for an extremely quiet garage door motor. Unlike the other two models that mount to the ceiling, this unit mounts to the side of the garage door on the wall. It comes with a smart wall console, MyQ Technology, battery backup, safety beams and 2 remotes. Same day installation is also available and we will have it done in one visit.
