He checked what we were requesting but found that what wanted wasn’t necessary but something else would be better and less expensive. He also programmed one of our car to be able to open our garage door. He was very personable and a great worker. Would use them again.”

“On a Thursday afternoon when I got home around 2pm the auto garage door would not go up. Went inside through the front door and one of the strings had blown up. Called Baldwin and Jake was at the house by 4pm and got things going again. Told me he had been servicing garage doors since he was 14 years old. He is truly a professional and knows what he is doing. He treated the door as if were his own…tightened and oiled all the hinges. He wasn’t satisfied with the new set of springs and said they were not strong enough for the weight of the doors and would be back the next day to put stronger springs on the door, which he did. To top it off, he has a one years guarantee on parts and labor. In the future he will be our go to guy if we have garage door issues. It is fun to see a real professional go about his task.”
