Jake, the installer showed up earlier than the appointment, nice, and was very professional in all matters. The job was completed, cleanup, explanations all top notch. Far exceeded expectations.

He called me from an "Angie's" lead. I called him back at 9:00 am, he was here by noon. New springs & a full garage door tune-up and done by 1:30. I'm very happy and cost was reasonable. I'm a happy customer.

He showed up on time, gave the correct diagnosis, and fixed it quickly. He also gave some maintenance tips to avoid future problems. Most importantly, he didn't try to upsell me or recommend work that wasn't needed yet. I'd definitely recommend him to others.

Jake did a great job adjusting my garage door opener so it would close properly. He also replaced both door springs, greased the roller bearing assembles and tightenied up all of the hinges on the door.

Our garage door wasn't working. It wouldn't go up or down. Same day service and he had the part on his truck. Very impressed!

I backed into our garage door this evening knocking the garage door off its tracks and lodging it into the trim of the house. I thought for sure we were going to need a new garage door. In desperation I called the first number that came up in a Google search and called. Baldwin was at my house in 30 minutes and fixed it in under 15 minutes. I walked back into my house and told my kids and my daughter said 'I think Jesus sent an angel'. Quite literally I think it may be true. I will undoubtedly call Baldwin again the next time I have any garage door problems.

On Christmas day my garage wouldn't open and was frozen due to the cold weather. I was going through my phone and called Baldwin Garage Doors not knowing if someone would answer with it being Sunday Christmas day. Someone answered the phone his name was Jake. I asked him if he was open today as I felt so bad for calling him on a holiday weekend. He was so kind and said he would help me. He showed up and was able to get the garage door open. I just want to say Thank you Jake for being so kind and helping me. He also gave me a price to fix the garage motor which was a reasonable deal. I will be having Baldwin Garage Doors fix my garage. My garage door would not go up or down. Another prominent garage door company that I had heard advertised came and quoted that I needed a new motor, rollers, and weather stripping with a grand total well over $1000. I called Baldwin for a second estimate. Jake came out the next morning, quoted that he could do a tune up, and had my garage door going in about 30 minutes for a mere fraction of the cost and operating more smoothly and quieter than I remember in a long time. I thank God for Jake and his honesty and integrity. I did not have the extra money to spend on something that wasn't necessary after all! I highly recommend this small business. They rehung my door which had come completely off the rails. Replaced hinges, demonstrated the best method to keep my door lubricated & in service. Our garage door failed to go up when I got home one evening. Jake looked at it and said that it was a standard repair (broken spring). He had to get the parts to do the job, so he came back the following morning. I had a very busy morning, but Jake was able to work independently and get the job done promptly. Was really helpful to me to get this taken care of so quickly and in such a professional manner.

I requested a quote for a broken garage door spring. Jake Baldwin came by for the estimate and visited with me, giving me tips on how to raise the door, if we needed to open it before we decided to replace. I called because light on opener was flashing and garage door wouldn't close. He told me something is blocking the sensor and he was right. The bike rack on the back of my car was blocking it. Moved my car forward and door closed. Will definitely call him when I have a real issue with the garage door!!

The best experience I’ve had using Angi’s List. Great service, educated me on maintenance, and quickly replaced my garage spring. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!

On a Thursday afternoon when I got home around 2pm the auto garage door would not go up. Went inside through the front door and one of the strings had blown up. Called Baldwin and Jake was at the house by 4pm and got things going again. Told me he had been servicing garage doors since he was 14 years old. He is truly a professional and knows what he is doing. He treated the door as if were his own...tightened and oiled all the hinges. He wasn't satisfied with the new set of springs and said they were not strong enough for the weight of the doors and would be back the next day to put stronger springs on the door, which he did. To top it off, he has a one years guarantee on parts and labor. In the future he will be our go to guy if we have garage door issues. It is fun to see a real professional go about his task.

They called back quickly and we set up an appointment for the next day at a time that would work for us. He checked what we were requesting but found that what wanted wasn't necessary but something else would be better and less expensive. He also programmed one of our car to be able to open our garage door. He was very personable and a great worker. Would use them again.
